Overview
An aerospace and defense program is seeking an experienced Aircraft Structural Design Engineer to support structural modifications, repairs, and sustainment activities for a military transport aircraft fleet.

Essential Functions
• Develop structural design solutions for aircraft modifications and repairs.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Develop parts lists, installation packages, and technical documentation.
• Support primary and secondary aircraft structures.
• Collaborate with stress, manufacturing, and airworthiness teams.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of aircraft structural design experience.
• Experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter.
• Experience with aircraft structural modifications and repairs.
• Knowledge of GD&T, fasteners, materials, and structural design principles.
