Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

    Supports the yield improvement project for the F414 EFC and EHSV product line.

    Reviews and researches repair development technical requirements including processes, procedures, and techniques.

    Reviews and researches repair development regulatory requirements compliance including materials, tools, equipment, technical documentation, and facilities.

    Participates in coordination of findings and proposed solutions for TAT reduction and FPY improvement.

    Participates in integration of findings and approved solutions into Technical Publication Change Requests, temporary revisions, and complete revisions.

    Participates in development and completion of Overhaul Repair Instructions.

    Develops and completes repair processes and procedures documentation.

    Develops and completes Technical Inspection Instructions.

    Develops and completes technical equivalencies for materials, tools, and equipment used in overhaul repair activities.

Requirements:

    Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

    Bachelor's degree.

    Experience reviewing and researching repair development technical requirements for processes, procedures, and techniques.

    Experience reviewing and researching regulatory requirements compliance for materials, tools, equipment, technical documentation, and facilities.

    Experience coordinating findings and proposed solutions for TAT reduction and FPY improvement.

    Experience integrating approved solutions into Technical Publication Change Requests and revisions.

    Experience developing and completing Overhaul Repair Instructions.

    Experience developing repair processes and procedures documentation.

    Experience developing Technical Inspection Instructions.

    Experience developing technical equivalencies for materials, tools, and equipment used in overhaul repair activities.
