Senior Property Manager | Atlanta, GA | $135K + 10% Bonus

What You'll Do
• Lead day-to-day management of commercial assets
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, variance reporting, and financial analysis
• Manage CAM reconciliations, accruals, reclasses, and G/L reviews
• Direct capital improvement projects, tenant improvements, and vendor relationships
• Ensure building operations, safety systems, and compliance standards are maintained
• Build strong tenant relationships and drive retention initiatives
• Prepare monthly operational and financial reports for ownership
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of commercial property management experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership background
• Hands-on experience with CAM reconciliations
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance reporting
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
• Experience with MRI, Kardin, and Prism is highly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
