Summary:

Assists in development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Supports proposal schedule development and reviews Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.

Advises Program Management team on contractual impacts and critical events affecting delivery or cost.

Ensures communication and cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Utilizes Critical Path Methodology for schedule network development and analysis.

Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

Prepares status reports, metrics, and presentations.

Interacts with program functional organizations including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production.

Provides risk and opportunity analysis input.

Demonstrates Program Planning and Scheduling hands-on experience.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

5+ years of experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs.

5+ years of experience with Critical Path.

5+ years of experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool.

5+ years of experience with EVM (Earned Value Management).

5+ years of experience with Milestones Professional software.

Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal and external audits, and project management integration.

Demonstrated experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report).

Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input.

Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product.
