Project Integrator – Flight Test Center – Wichita

Description:
Seeking an experienced Project Integrator for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting Experimental Flight Test activities in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
- Lead cross-functional teams in establishing project scope, schedule, and budget
- Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives
- Manage priorities across multiple projects and activities
- Identify project risks and lead mitigation planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal safety and security processes to address potential product deficiencies
- Prepare budget requirements and resource-allocation visibility
- Prepare and present project-status reports to various levels of the organization
- Coordinate multi-site activities and remote participation as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- 5–8 years of aerospace project-management experience
- Advanced knowledge of project-management processes and principles
- Experience with development and certification Flight Test
- Strong communication and professional presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project
