Summary:

Analyzes and optimizes CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Focuses on thru-hole technology for CCA builds.

Implements process improvements across multiple CCA programs.

Applies Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Creates and maintains process documentation including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils.

Collaborates with production, quality, and maintenance teams to implement process changes.

Works closely with senior engineers to learn manufacturing processes.

Conducts experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems.

Provides technical support and guidance to production staff.

Supports training and mentoring of production staff as needed.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Experience analyzing and optimizing CCA and module manufacturing processes.

Experience with thru-hole technology for CCA builds.

Experience implementing process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Experience creating and maintaining process documentation including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.

Experience conducting experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems.

Experience providing technical support and guidance to production staff.

Experience training and mentoring production staff.

Experience working with manufacturing operations and equipment maintenance or repair.
