Program Planning Scheduling Analyst 3
Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3's for a contract opportunity in Melbourne, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR a Master's Degree with 3 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR Associate's Degree with 7 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of business, finance, accounting, program control and/or similar industry related fields experience.
o Scheduling and planning experience.
o Experience with EVMS.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
o Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
o Active U.S. government Secret Clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
o Program Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Principal Program Planning Scheduling Analyst (level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.

Responsibilities:
o Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Essential Functions:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

o Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience.
o Excel Macro/VBA Skills.
o Experience working in Microsoft Project Server Environment.
o Experience in Deltek Cobra.
o Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk.
o Knowledge of DCMA health metrics.
o Schedule Management Experience and MS Project Experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
Full time 9/80 workweek. 8AM - 5PM. This position will be onsite in Melbourne, FL.
