Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Conducts technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs.

Leads product failure investigations and material review board decisions.

Develops and implements quality improvement strategies for internal and supplier performance.

Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Interprets drawings and specifications for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions, and procedures.

Performs root cause analysis and corrective action planning for manufactured products.

Performs First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102.

Applies knowledge of manufacturing processes and controls for quality assurance.

Works to Industry recognized Quality Systems such as ISO and AS regulations.

Requirements:

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

STEM degree at Bachelor level or above.

At least 3 years of experience interpreting drawings and specifications for development of Quality standards, methods, work instructions, and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products.

At least 3 years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black belt certifications.

Preferred: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and controls.

Preferred: Experience performing First Article Inspections IAW AS9102.

Preferred: Experience with automated processes and robotic technologies.

Preferred: Knowledge and/or experience working to the requirements of Industry recognized Quality Systems such as International (ISO) and Aerospace (AS) regulations.
