PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-driven Material Handler to support operations at Warner Robins AFB. In this hands-on role, you'll help ensure critical materials are received, organized, inventoried, replenished, and delivered where they're needed.

What You'll Do

As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in maintaining an efficient flow of materials throughout the work site. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Load, unload, and transport materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site.

• Support shipping and receiving activities under specific direction.

• Open containers using appropriate hand tools.

• Count and weigh materials while accurately recording required information.

• Load and unload materials by hand onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines.

• Sort and place materials into designated Bench Stock Locations (BSLs).

• Perform inventory activities using a Windows-based tablet.

• Transport materials using carts, hand trucks, and other approved material-handling equipment.

• Stack, organize, and assemble materials as required.

• Monitor bin inventory and order materials for replenishment.

• Use handheld tablets and scanners to complete material replenishment activities.

• Help maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient material flow throughout daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Successful candidates should bring:

• Ability to safely load, unload, move, sort, and organize materials.

• Strong attention to detail when counting materials and recording inventory information.

• Basic computer and technology skills.

• Ability to use or learn Windows tablets, handheld scanners, and inventory systems.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established work procedures.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A dependable, team-oriented approach to completing daily assignments.

• Ability to work effectively in a hands-on industrial environment.

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

We're especially interested in candidates with:

• Previous material handling, warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.

• Experience working with handheld scanners or electronic inventory systems.

• Familiarity with material replenishment or bench stock processes.

• Experience using carts, hand trucks, or similar material-handling equipment.

• Previous experience supporting aviation, manufacturing, defense, industrial, or military-related operations.
