Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:
Responsible for driving quality excellence across design, production, and supplier domains, ensuring that products meet rigorous standards and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Conduct technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, and designs.
- Lead product failure investigations and material review board decisions.
- Develop and implement quality improvement strategies for internal and supplier performance.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes, including statistical analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Experience:
-Candidate must have STEM degree at Bachelor level or above.
-Candidate must have at least 3 year of experience with interpret drawings and specifications for development of Quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection and test of manufactured products.
-Candidate must have at least 3 year of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
-Candidate must have at least 3 year of experience with with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
-Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.

Desired Skills:
-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black belt certifications.
-Familiarity with manufacturing processes and controls.
-Experience performing First Article Inspections IAW AS9102 -Experience with automated processes and robotic technologies.
-Knowledge and/or experience working to the requirements of Industry recognized Quality Systems such as International (ISO) and Aerospace (AS) regulations.
