PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a a leader in the aviation industry, to hire an experienced Program Manager in Everett, Washington.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role on an Aircraft Interiors Program team, helping drive programs from initial development and qualification testing through the delivery of certified products and entry-into-service for new airline customers.

You'll collaborate with fellow Program Managers and cross-functional teams while serving as a key interface between internal stakeholders and customers. What You'll Do

As a Program Manager, you'll help drive execution across every phase of the program. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Build strong partnerships with internal functional organizations across integrated product teams (IPTs).

• Support the daily program cadence, including schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT reviews, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and decision reviews.

• Monitor financial, technical, and schedule performance to ensure contractual commitments are achieved.

• Coordinate closely with production teams to establish priorities, address challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.

• Prepare, revise, and monitor program documentation and analyses in accordance with contractual requirements and business procedures.

• Guide program leads in implementing effective Risk & Opportunity Management practices.

• Lead or participate in key program activities, including monthly financial reporting.

• Coordinate customer program reviews and prepare teams for customer visits.

• Lead decision-making within the IPT, applying sound judgment and critical thinking when information is incomplete.

• Partner with production, operations, and supply chain teams to manage deliveries against customer schedule requirements.

• Organize and support program reviews, team meetings, and other critical business activities.

• Develop clear, concise presentations and communications that strengthen customer confidence and satisfaction.

• Understand customer needs and effectively represent those priorities to internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

We're looking for a Program Manager with the leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills necessary to succeed in a complex aerospace environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, such as Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Previous Program or Project Management experience.

• Experience supporting and coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates will stand out with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Previous people leadership or management experience.

• Experience with financial analysis tools and/or systems.

• Experience leading development programs and successfully transitioning them into production.

• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.

• Risk & Opportunity Management experience.

• Experience working with production, operations, and supply chain organizations.

• Aerospace or aircraft interiors program experience.

• Experience with OEM suppliers and leadership of OEM development programs.
