PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Engineering Technician to support high-volume testing of precision commercial and military components. This hands-on role focuses on high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic testing in a fluid power manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is mechanically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable performing repetitive precision testing while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Perform high-volume, repetitive testing of precision hydraulic and pneumatic components.

• Conduct high-pressure fluid power testing for commercial and military products.

• Set up, operate, and monitor test equipment.

• Troubleshoot test failures and equipment issues.

• Analyze test results and identify potential problems.

• Follow established test procedures, specifications, and quality requirements.

• Document testing activities and results accurately.

• Support improvements to testing methods, workflow, and production efficiency.

• Work independently while meeting quality and production goals.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 4-6 years of relevant technical, testing, manufacturing, or related experience.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and test procedures.

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to make timely decisions and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hydraulic and/or pneumatic testing experience.

• Fluid power systems experience.

• High-pressure testing knowledge.

• Troubleshooting and diagnostic experience.

• Commercial, military, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience.

• Experience supporting high-volume production testing.
