Position Details

Job Title: Methods Process Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract | 4 Months

Locations: Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, or Puyallup/Fredrickson, Washington

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift, approximately 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Pay Rate: Starting at $34.34 per hour

Assignment End Date: December 31, 2026

What You'll Do

As a Methods Process Analyst, you'll work alongside manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and production-support teams to help stabilize current production while preparing for future rate changes, new models, and evolving customer requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze production performance against daily schedules, work orders, and established plans
  
• Learn production processes and help ensure proper sequencing and resource alignment
  
• Evaluate resource capacity, utilization, constraints, and production performance
  
• Identify opportunities to reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic concerns
  
• Analyze quality-defect trends, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective improvements
  
• Identify and reduce non-value-added activities to improve cost, efficiency, and production flow
  
• Apply Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving techniques to production challenges
  
• Help develop and implement standardized processes across production environments
  
• Support capacity planning, supply chain planning, logistics, and resource-utilization initiatives
  
• Develop visual tools that highlight performance metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities
  
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and other support organizations to identify and mitigate production risks
  
• When disruptions occur, help develop recovery plans using capacity and constraint analysis to return operations to baseline while minimizing downstream impacts
  
• Support production stabilization initiatives while keeping future production requirements and major milestones in focus
  
• Share ideas, ask questions, and help drive improvements regardless of organizational level or tenure

Required Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should have:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in a business-related discipline such as:

• Ability to work 100% onsite at one of the designated Washington locations
  
• Ability to crouch, remain mobile throughout the workday, walk production areas, and climb stairs as required
  

Preferred Qualifications

We'd especially like to hear from candidates with:

• 1+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment
  
• 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
  
• Experience with capacity planning and resource utilization
  
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
  
• Experience developing and deploying standardized processes
  
• Experience with supply chain planning or logistics
  
• Proficiency in structured problem solving and root cause analysis
  
• Experience developing visual management tools, dashboards, or performance metrics
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple support organizations
  

For an Associate-level opportunity, typical experience includes a bachelor's degree plus 1 or more years of related experience, a master's degree with related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
