PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire an experienced Quality Operations Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this high-impact role, you’ll help strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS), support regulatory compliance, and develop conformity packages for the 525 program. You’ll be instrumental in creating and improving procedures, training programs, repair station documentation, and corrective-action processes that help keep aviation operations efficient, compliant, and ready for what’s next.

What You’ll Do

As a Quality Operations Specialist, you’ll work across teams to ensure quality processes, procedures, training, and documentation meet organizational and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop conformity packages supporting the 525 program.
  
• Maintain, update, and revise Quality Management System procedures as needed.
  
• Develop, revise, and maintain processes, procedures, and program plans within the QMS.
  
• Revise the Repair Station Training Manual.
  
• Update the Repair Station Quality Manual to incorporate the Flight Research Center.
  
• Develop a common FAA technician roster procedure across repair stations.
  
• Update and maintain training records for repair station employees.
  
• Create and revise procedures supporting PC Extensions.
  
• Update and revise repair station standard training materials in Brainshark.
  
• Maintain and update applicable ARD training materials.
  
• Track and monitor Commercial Quality Escape Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
  
• Develop a Drug and Alcohol Random Testing Procedure supporting repair station operations.
  
• Develop and revise procedures addressing the addition of CPR/BPR Warehouse operations to the Quality Management System.
  
• Support cross-functional teams participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Contribute to Root Cause Corrective Action efforts, risk evaluation, and mitigation activities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, external customers, and government or regulatory agencies as required.
  
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with established company policies, procedures, processes, and guidelines.
  

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this position, candidates should bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required, or relevant experience and technical training in lieu of a degree.
  
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  
• Previous experience working within a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
  
• Experience developing and writing internal procedures.
  
• Experience creating and supporting employee training programs or classes.
  
• Strong understanding of FAA regulatory requirements.
  
• Experience with corrective-action and continuous-improvement methodologies.
  
• Understanding of statistical analysis and project management techniques.
  
• Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including:
