Summary:

Supporting the administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and other collaboration tools.

Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data to support departmental reporting and decision making.

Assisting in the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.

Creating, updating, and maintaining procedures, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documentation.

Supporting document review, publication, revision control, and information governance activities.

Supporting knowledge management initiatives to improve information accessibility, retention, and reuse.

Assisting with workflow improvements and automation efforts using approved business tools.

Providing user support and training for departmental methods, tools, and knowledge resources.

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Preparing presentations, status reports, metrics summaries, and other communications for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering with a Computer Science minor, or a related technical discipline.

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneNote, or similar collaboration platforms.

Experience developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Experience creating procedures, technical documentation, training materials, or knowledge repositories.

Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or equivalent technologies.

Internship, co-op, undergraduate research, student leadership, or project experience involving data analysis, software tools, process improvement, or technical documentation.

Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, or other technical business environments.

Demonstrated experience organizing, managing, analyzing, or presenting information through academic coursework, internships, student organizations, personal projects, or prior work experience.

Fundamental understanding of information management, business processes, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
