PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Tucson, Arizona, partnering with a recognized leader in the aviation industry.

You'll support daily aviation operations by receiving and inspecting materials, maintaining accurate inventory, distributing parts and tools, and ensuring shipments and supplies move efficiently throughout the facility. What You'll Do

As an STC Material Handler, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Receive and visually inspect incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage.

• Verify and reconcile documentation associated with incoming and outgoing parts and materials.

• Distribute parts, materials, tools, and ground support equipment based on aircraft delivery schedules.

• Assist with ordering parts when required.

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, perpetual inventory, and work-in-progress tracking using computerized and manual systems.

• Track purchased and manufactured parts, materials, tools, and related equipment.

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments.

• Transport and stock materials throughout the facility as needed.

• Issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, and rental equipment to authorized personnel.

• Provide clear verbal or written turnover information to incoming shifts.

• Follow all applicable general work requirements and established procedures.

• Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies.

• Participate in 5S activities and help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

• Complete assigned work safely and within established timelines.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring:

• 0 to 2 years of experience in at least one of the following areas:

  • Warehouse operations

  • Shipping and receiving

  • Tool crib operations

• A valid driver's license.

• Customer service experience.

• Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Basic knowledge of SAP or Syteline.

Preferred Qualifications

You'll stand out if you have:

• Previous experience in the aviation or aerospace industry.

• Previous material handling experience.

• Previous forklift qualification or experience.

• Export shipping experience.

• Hazmat certification.
