Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Thursday, regular office hours
  • Pay Rate: $75.46 per hour


Make an Impact



In this role, you will support the financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis activities of a dynamic Digital Technology organization and its individual programs and projects.



You will work closely with Digital Technology leadership and Finance teams to provide critical financial insights, strengthen planning and forecasting, support operating objectives, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do



As part of the Digital Technology Program Management team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:




  • Partner with Digital Technology Finance, enterprise Digital Technology teams, and organizational leadership.
  • Work closely with DT leadership and Finance to manage planning, actuals, and forecasting deliverables.
  • Compile, analyze, and report Digital Technology spending and collaborate with key stakeholders to accurately forecast future expenditures.
  • Support DT leadership in achieving operating plan objectives and help drive actions necessary to meet financial targets.
  • Perform financial month-end close and forecasting activities.
  • Analyze actual financial results and provide insights and recommendations for short- and long-term improvements.
  • Support the Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve critical financial and operational processes.
  • Monitor headcount, capital expenditures, and other financial activities as needed.
  • Help maintain effective internal controls and support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, U.S. Government accounting requirements, and trade compliance regulations.


Required Qualifications



We're looking for a highly analytical professional who can turn complex financial information into clear, actionable business insights.



You should bring:




  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, typically gained through a combination of advanced education and relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial information.
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Finance, technology, and senior organizational stakeholders.
  • U.S. Person or Permanent Resident ("Green Card" holder) status as required for this position.


Preferred Qualifications



Standout candidates may also have:




  • University degree or equivalent professional experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in related roles.
  • Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to successfully navigate a dynamic, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • A self-motivated, self-directed approach and the ability to deliver results with limited oversight.

Pay Details: $75.46 per hour
