What You'll Do

As part of the Digital Technology Program Management Team, you'll independently manage sophisticated technology projects while bringing teams together around a shared vision, clear priorities, and measurable results.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Communicate and manage the project vision, plan, and scope with project leadership while aligning work with business commitments and customer expectations.
  
• Define project deliverables and scope of work and create detailed schedules to achieve customer and business objectives.
  
• Build highly effective, collaborative project teams and establish strong relationships across impacted departments and functional areas.
  
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while motivating team members toward common goals.
  
• Navigate and resolve conflicts, promote collaboration, and encourage effective work sharing across teams.
  
• Apply project management principles across financial management, scope, scheduling, risks and opportunities, critical problem-solving, variance analysis, and root-cause analysis.
  
• Drive projects toward on-time delivery while ensuring capabilities meet customer requirements.
  
• Identify and escalate issues to leadership with well-developed recommendations and proposed action plans.
  
• Make timely, sound business decisions aligned with organizational objectives.
  
• Summarize and present critical project information to senior leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
  
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, tasks, and resources through effective organization and time management.
  
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
  

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline plus at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  
• In the absence of a degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience.
  
• Experience providing project management oversight for application, infrastructure, security, and software development initiatives.
  
• Demonstrated experience building and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently and successfully manage multiple projects and priorities.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile Scrum.
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  
• Experience leading complex Digital Technology projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
  
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  
• Proven ability to identify project risks, solve complex problems, and drive teams toward successful outcomes.
