Schedule: Monday through Friday | First Shift | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22.81 per hour

Work Arrangement: Hybrid after training

Important: The first 2 months are required onsite in Cedar Rapids for training. This requirement is non-negotiable.

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service professional to support our aviation industry partner in Cedar Rapids, IA.



In this role, you will serve as a Customer Order Administrator, providing critical support to the Intertrade Sales Team and acting as a primary point of contact for customer sales orders. Your work will help ensure orders are accurately processed, customer commitments are met, and materials are shipped and invoiced on schedule.

What You'll Do



As a Customer Order Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:




  • Create, process, and oversee sales orders according to established requirements and procedures.
  • Facilitate and monitor exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests.
  • Process administrative activities related to the sale and credit of materials.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to drive transactional issues through resolution.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Product Line, Repairs, Finance, Global Trade, and Purchasing teams.
  • Monitor the general sales support email inbox and route requests to the appropriate account owner.
  • Ensure incoming orders are processed promptly and customer requests are completed accurately.
  • Support the coordination of deliverables to ensure materials are shipped and invoiced according to customer and business commitments.
  • Follow established Global Trade policies and export requirements.
  • Ensure applicable DOC/DOS licensing requirements are followed for global exports.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of procedures and processes across departments.
  • Maintain accurate order information, documentation, and status updates while managing changing priorities and workflow interruptions.

Pay Details: $22.81 per hour
