Description:
Develop, maintain, and audit quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures for machined parts.
Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, drawings, and process documentation.
Partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Lead failure investigations, material review board (MRB) actions, and corrective preventive action (CAPA) implementation, guaranteeing reliability and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost internal and supplier performance and productivity.
Require Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer in a machine‑shop or precision‑manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with precision measurement equipment (CMM, laser trackers, surface plates, optical comparators) and statistical process control (SPC).
Familiarity with GD&T, ASME Y14.5, and interpretation of engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO‑9001) and audit processes.

Excellent communication skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.
