Shift: 2nd 2:30 pm - 11pm - Monday - Friday
Bonus: $3,000 with in your first 90 days
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking skilled Assembler professionals to support the assembly of advanced electronic and electro-mechanical products used in aerospace and defense applications.
In this role, you'll work with engineering drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions to build, inspect, and test electronic assemblies while ensuring compliance with strict quality, safety, and industry standards.

Assemble electronic components, wiring, hardware, and subassemblies into finished products.
Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and written work instructions.
Perform:
Soldering
Wiring
Crimping
Mechanical assembly tasks
Utilize assembly tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Verify workmanship meets IPC/J-STD requirements and company standards.
Identify and report defects, discrepancies, and nonconformances.
Support corrective action and quality improvement activities.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Follow established:
ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
FOD (Foreign Object Debris) controls
Safety protocols
Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense manufacturing requirements.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
Support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of electronics or electro-mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret:
Engineering drawings
Schematics
Work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Technical training in electronics assembly.
Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of:
IPC-A-610
J-STD-001
Similar soldering and assembly standards
IPC certification is a plus.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, if required.
Electronics assembly experience

Blueprint and schematic reading ability
