Summary:
Leads the development of standard test methods and processes using advanced test technologies.
Creates, improves, and standardizes test methods and evaluation techniques.
Develops innovative metrology design techniques, processes, methods, and concepts.
Oversees integration of new design and manufacturing techniques into test hardware and system designs.
Applies emerging industry technologies to develop and enhance test procedures.
Reviews critical test procedures and resolves potential technical issues.
Analyzes test processes and recommends improvements and process changes.
Develops standard policies and procedures for post-test activities.
Formulates expectations and evaluation criteria for new or unique tests.
Provides technical leadership, training, and coaching to engineering teams.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Bachelor's degree with 14 or more years' experience, Master's degreee with 12 or more years' experience or PhD with 9 or more years' experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
Experience developing and improving standard test methods and processes.
Experience applying advanced test technologies to create innovative test solutions.
Experience developing metrology design techniques, processes, or methodologies.
Experience integrating new design and manufacturing techniques into test hardware or systems.
Ability to develop and review critical test procedures and resolve technical issues.
Experience analyzing test processes and implementing process improvements.
Experience developing post-test policies, procedures, and evaluation standards.
Ability to formulate test data expectations for new or unique test programs.
Experience providing technical leadership, training, and coaching to engineering teams.
