Location: Bohemia, NY

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Perform mechanical assembly of raw materials and aerospace components
  
• Use a variety of hand tools, including torque wrenches and other assembly equipment
  
• Follow work instructions and assembly procedures to ensure products meet specifications
  
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the assembly process
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Support production goals while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery
  
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  
• 1-3 years of prior assembly experience
  
• Experience using hand tools and small assembly equipment
  
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of an 8-hour shift
  
• Ability to work overtime as required
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or production environments
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and schematics
  
• Experience performing quality inspections and verifying product specifications
  
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision assembly techniques
