We're seeking an experienced Test Technician III / Electrical Engineer Technologist to join a dynamic engineering and manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who enjoys testing, analyzing, and improving complex products while ensuring the highest levels of quality, reliability, and compliance.
This position offers the opportunity to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and support cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
• Develop, implement, and improve testing procedures for products and product components
• Define, perform, analyze, and interpret test results
• Establish and maintain quality control and reliability standards
• Ensure testing procedures comply with industry and organizational requirements
• Accurately record, document, and maintain measurement and test data
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Troubleshoot testing issues and identify solutions to improve product performance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, testing, and reliability
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field
• 4-6 years of relevant testing, engineering, or manufacturing experience
• Strong technical expertise in electrical and electromechanical systems
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing and executing test procedures
• Knowledge of quality control and reliability standards
• Strong documentation and data analysis capabilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Leadership & Growth Opportunity
• Serve as a technical resource for engineering and production teams
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members
• May act as a lead technician or first-line supervisor
