Electrical Engineer II - Contract to Hire - 100% ONSITE - *LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY*

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and support electrical control systems and components

• Utilize engineering and CAD software to create and modify designs

• Coordinate manufacturing, installation, maintenance, testing, and support activities

• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications, applicable codes, and design requirements

• Inspect completed installations and monitor system performance to verify compliance and functionality

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports

• Assist in troubleshooting electrical and system-related issues

• Support project planning, budgeting, and cost estimation efforts

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and production teams

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

• 2-4 years of relevant electrical engineering experience

• Experience working with electrical control systems and engineering design tools

• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering documentation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Work independently under general supervision

• Handle moderately complex engineering assignments and technical challenges

• Serve as a resource to junior engineers and team members

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance when needed
