Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $23.02 per hour

As a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator, you'll help ensure the right materials, equipment, and components are delivered to the right place at the right time. Your efforts will directly support manufacturing, logistics, and operational teams responsible for developing advanced aerospace technologies.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Support multiple functions across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and business operations
  
• Receive, store, move, track, and distribute materials and equipment throughout the facility
  
• Process goods receipts and goods issues using SAP S/4 systems
  
• Verify quantities, weights, and material conformance to ensure inventory accuracy
  
• Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, and material movement records
  
• Route materials and equipment to designated work centers and departments
  
• Pull, assemble, and deliver material kits according to production schedules
  
• Perform both manual and administrative supply chain activities
  
• Utilize computers and business applications to maintain accurate records and inventory transactions
  
• Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and forklifts, when required
  
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support operational goals
  
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, safety requirements, and inventory control processes
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• One (1) year of additional education and/or related supply chain, logistics, warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience
  
• Experience using Microsoft 365, including:
  
  
  
  • Excel
    
  • Word
    
  • PowerPoint
    
  
  
  
• Experience performing SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receiving transactions
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 Goods Issue and Goods Receiving processes
  
• Knowledge of Stores Pick Tickets and material fulfillment procedures
  
• Previous warehouse, inventory control, or logistics experience
  
• Understanding of supply chain processes and material flow management
  
• Forklift and/or reach lift operating experience
  
• Experience supporting manufacturing or aerospace operations
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
