Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (10-Month Assignment)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift | 9/80 Schedule

Pay Rate: $46.88 per hour

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as a trusted partner to leadership within the Structures Operating Unit, ensuring critical business operations run smoothly and efficiently. From managing complex executive calendars to coordinating large-scale employee events and supporting high-visibility initiatives, you'll be at the center of a dynamic organization driving groundbreaking aerospace innovation.

What You'll Do



In this highly visible role, you will:




  • Proactively manage complex, high-volume executive calendars and scheduling priorities
  • Coordinate recurring meetings, urgent requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple stakeholders
  • Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Gather, organize, summarize, and prepare data, reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Arrange domestic and international travel and process expense reports accurately and efficiently
  • Attend leadership and business operations meetings, publish agendas, and track action items
  • Lead planning and execution of quarterly all-hands meetings for 500+ employees, including logistics, presentation support, facilities coordination, and technology preparation
  • Coordinate remote office participation and ensure successful communication across locations
  • Partner with executive administrative teams to support business unit deliverables and scheduling needs
  • Review, proofread, edit, and distribute internal communications and announcements
  • Support customer visits, executive meetings, facility tours, and special company events
  • Coordinate conference room reservations, catering, and meeting logistics for on-site and off-site events
  • Manage new-hire welcome programs and employee engagement initiatives
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support or resource referrals
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support for administrative team members as needed


Required Qualifications




  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting managers and directors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and initiative while working independently


Preferred Qualifications




  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting teams and leaders across multiple time zones
  • Excellent proofreading, editing, and document preparation skills
  • Experience coordinating large meetings, events, or executive-level presentations
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

Pay Details: $46.88 per hour
