PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a highly motivated Senior ISC Project Management Specialist to support critical customer requirements through project execution, material readiness planning, and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as a vital link between Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Operations teams to ensure customer commitments are met while proactively addressing risks and operational challenges.

What You'll Do



Project Management & Execution




  • Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through completion.
  • Establish project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor progress and drive accountability across project teams.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on customer commitments and business objectives.


Material Readiness & Build Planning




  • Drive build plans and material readiness activities to support critical customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure material availability.
  • Identify supply chain constraints and proactively address risks before they impact delivery.


Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration 




  • Partner closely with Customer Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Align priorities and execution plans to support delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate communication between operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.
  • Serve as a key liaison to ensure expectations and deliverables remain on track.


Risk Mitigation & Recovery Planning




  • Develop and implement recovery plans to address:

    • Material shortages
    • Production constraints
    • Supply chain disruptions
    • Operational challenges


  • Identify risks early and lead mitigation efforts.
  • Drive problem-solving activities to minimize business impact and improve outcomes.


Reporting & Continuous Improvement




  • Prepare project status updates, KPIs, and executive-level reports.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance:

    • Productivity
    • Delivery performance
    • Operational efficiency
    • Customer satisfaction






Required Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Business
    • Supply Chain
    • Engineering
    • Project Management
    • Related field preferred


  • 4-6+ years of experience in:

    • Project Management
    • Supply Chain
    • Operations
    • Manufacturing
    • Related disciplines


  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.




Preferred Qualifications




  • Experience supporting:

    • Customer Operations
    • Materials Management
    • Production Planning
    • Integrated Supply Chain functions


  • Knowledge of:

    • Build Planning
    • Material Readiness
    • Recovery Planning
    • Supply Chain Operations


  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification.

Pay Details: $42.80 per hour
