Technical Designer 3 - Interiors - 100% ONSITE

Description:
Seeking Experienced and Senior Technical Designers for a number of different positions to join our teams in Everett, WA and Renton, WA. The Payloads Organization is responsible for everything you see when you fly; and much of which you don’t. The Interiors of the airplane, along with the cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety all make up Payloads.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in a technical field

Payloads is seeking candidates with experience in any of the following areas:
Experience with CATIA
Support within a production/manufacturing system
Part or product design or integration
Experience supporting the validation of compliance to regulatory requirements
Design for manufacturing
Visual Basic, Python, Java experience
Model based design and systems engineering
Relational design

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associates degree
2+ years of experience in technical design, including modeling, and technical integration or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in aerospace interiors, materials and properties, design criteria and release
Experience working with technical requirements or technical writing
Experience working with Visual Basic, Python, Java experience, Model based design and systems engineering, or Relational design

AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
