Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Oversees global supply chain material flow, expediting, routing, and dispatching parts to meet production schedules.

Reviews the master production schedule to identify potential or actual shortages and alerts appropriate authorities.

Orders damaged material repairs and arranges in-house transportation for material flow.

Generates progress reports on schedule status and tracks completed orders.

Documents material changes, substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.

Works with suppliers through phone calls, emails, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues promptly.

Uses SAP for material tracking, procurement, and inventory management.

Uses Microsoft Office for reporting, data analysis, and communication.

Applies procurement and commercial business acumen to maintain production schedules.

Operates within established processes and procedures in a multi-functional organization.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

U.S. Citizenship required (dual citizenship of another country is not supported).

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.

3-5 years of experience as a Material Expeditor.

3+ years of professional experience using Microsoft Office.

3+ years of professional experience using SAP.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Procurement and commercial business acumen and analytical skills.

Experience working within established processes and procedures.

Experience working in multi-functional organizations with proven ability to achieve professional and business goals.
