• Schedule: Second Weekend Shift | Thursday - Sunday | 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM EST
  
• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Operate light-duty bench and floor-type machine tools and manufacturing equipment
  
• Work with machinery such as:
  
  
  
  • Small lathes
    
  • Power mills
    
  • Extruding machines
    
  • Drills and punch presses
    
  • Power brakes
    
  • Shears and saws
    
  
  
  
• Set up machines for production runs and make operational adjustments as needed
  
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  
• Inspect completed work using gauges, jigs, fixtures, and precision measuring tools
  
• Verify parts meet close-tolerance specifications and quality standards
  
• Monitor numerically controlled equipment when applicable
  
• Follow statistical process control and quality assurance procedures
  
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
  
• Support team production goals while adhering to safety and quality requirements
  

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to operate manufacturing or machine shop equipment safely and effectively
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  
• Ability to follow written instructions, specifications, and procedures
  
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to use measuring devices and inspection tools
  
• Ability to work in a production environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machine tools or manufacturing equipment
  
• Experience working with CNC or numerically controlled machinery
  
• Familiarity with precision manufacturing environments
  
• Experience performing quality inspections using gauges, jigs, and fixtures
  
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) or quality management processes
  
• Aerospace or aviation manufacturing experience
