Sr ISC Project Management Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ | Payrate: $73.07 - $78.27/hour
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to identify an experienced Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead high-impact supply chain initiatives.
In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee complex, end-to-end projects that improve supply chain performance, strengthen operational efficiency, and support long-term business goals. You'll work across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Lead complex projects across the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and performance metrics.
Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.
Lead project status meetings and communicate milestones, risks, issues, and recommendations.
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement supply chain best practices.
Drive change and continuous improvement across a complex, matrixed organization.
Solve complex supply chain challenges and develop strategies that improve operational excellence.
Provide leadership and strategic direction for future supply chain initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of supply chain project management experience, with a proven record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Typically 8+ years of related professional experience.
Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to influence teams and drive change in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools.
Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
