PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry to identify an experienced Senior Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager to lead high-impact supply chain initiatives.

In this strategic leadership role, you'll oversee complex, end-to-end projects that improve supply chain performance, strengthen operational efficiency, and support long-term business goals. You'll work across procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment while partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex projects across the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and performance metrics.

• Coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to maintain alignment and momentum.

• Lead project status meetings and communicate milestones, risks, issues, and recommendations.

• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement supply chain best practices.

• Drive change and continuous improvement across a complex, matrixed organization.

• Solve complex supply chain challenges and develop strategies that improve operational excellence.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for future supply chain initiatives.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6+ years of supply chain project management experience, with a proven record of successfully delivering complex projects.

• Typically 8+ years of related professional experience.

• Expert knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.

• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to influence teams and drive change in complex, matrixed environments.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.

• Expertise in advanced project management methodologies and tools.

• Experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives.

• Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
