You’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, artificial intelligence, data science, engineering, and life sciences—helping organizations move from AI ideas to measurable business value.

What You’ll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

  • Own product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics for assigned AI use cases.

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities aligned with business goals.

  • Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.

  • Rapidly test assumptions and define MVPs that balance impact, feasibility, and risk.

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deliver AI solutions end to end.

  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.

  • Ensure solutions are scalable, production-ready, and operationally supported.

  • Continuously refine scope and iterate based on results and feedback.

Stakeholder & Domain Engagement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial.

  • Serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

  • Manage priorities, tradeoffs, expectations, and timelines across diverse teams.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure AI solutions include appropriate controls, documentation, and auditability.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Quality, and IT to address regulatory and data-governance requirements, including GxP and validation considerations.

  • Establish human-in-the-loop workflows, guardrails, and clear criteria for responsible AI use.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track metrics for adoption, business value, quality, and risk.

  • Use user feedback and performance data to continuously improve products.

  • Support enablement, change management, and go-to-market activities as needed.

Your Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience across enterprise, data, or digital products.

  • Hands-on experience delivering AI, analytics, or automation solutions.

  • Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product requirements.

  • Proven experience partnering with engineering, data science, and business teams.

  • Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed, and regulated environments.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices.

  • Familiarity with GxP, clinical, quality, or regulatory workflows.

  • Exposure to generative AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics.

  • Experience with enterprise platforms, data platforms, Microsoft technologies, or workflow tools.

  • Experience leading portfolio-level or multi-use-case AI initiatives.

What Success Looks Like

At the end of this six-month engagement, success means you’ve helped move AI use cases from concept to production, while establishing a foundation for sustainable adoption.

You’ll deliver:

  • Clearly defined product requirements and actionable, prioritized backlogs.

  • Production-ready AI solutions with appropriate controls and human oversight.

  • Measurable success metrics tied to adoption and value realization.

  • Strong alignment across business, technical, compliance, and scientific stakeholders.
