Key Responsibilities
Testing & Validation
Perform standard testing procedures on a variety of electronic equipment and systems.
Operate industry-specific test equipment and diagnostic tools.
Verify product functionality and compliance with specifications.
Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately.
Troubleshooting & Repair
Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and systems to the component level.
Identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Provide technical feedback on product performance and failures.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate test records and reports.
Document findings, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
Communicate results effectively to engineering, quality, and production teams.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
Follow established testing procedures and quality requirements.
Support process improvements and troubleshooting initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or a related technical field.
2–4 years of experience in:
Electronics testing
Electronic troubleshooting
Technical laboratory environments
Manufacturing test operations
Strong understanding of electronic components and circuits.
Ability to troubleshoot electronic assemblies to the component level.
Experience using electronic testing and diagnostic equipment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with advanced test equipment and automated test systems.
Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or industrial electronics experience.
Knowledge of schematic reading and electronic documentation.
Experience supporting quality inspections and failure analysis.
Experience using oscilloscopes, meters, and electronic test equipment
Effective time management skills
Ability to analyze and document technical findings
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Requirements
Regular lifting of 10–15 lbs.
Ability to work at testing stations for extended periods.
Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, and industrial hazards.
Ability to handle delicate electronic components and equipment.

Pay Details: $32.00 per hour
