What You'll Do
Assembly Operations
- Assemble fabricated parts and components at designated workstations.
- Follow product specifications, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately.
- Ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
Testing & Calibration
- Test assembled units to verify functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Calibrate components and mechanisms as required.
- Identify products that do not meet specifications or tolerance requirements.
- Perform basic repairs or adjustments as needed.
Quality & Documentation
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and workmanship.
- Report defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process.
- Follow all workplace safety and production procedures.
Team Support
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
- Soldering experience.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Technical training, apprenticeship, or vocational education.

Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Production Assembler and help deliver high-quality products through precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
