Summary:
Leads technical execution of planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve manufacturing problems.
Guides development of the next generation of Product Lifecycle Manufacturing (PLM) system.
Acts as the technical authority bridging complex business processes across the value stream.
Transforms strategic objectives into business requirements defining process elements of the product digital thread for manufacturing.
Works with cross-functional teams including supply chain management, IT, Quality, E&T, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation Office.
Applies working knowledge of designing systems and architecture and their manufacturing applications.
Integrates PLM, ERP, and MES systems and manages related integrations between these systems.
Utilizes PLM (Teamcenter and/or 3DX) and ERP (OneAero, ERP4C, and/or S4/HANA) manufacturing applications.
Applies experience in Production Scheduling, Complex Assembly Bills of Material, Process Plan, Condition of Supply, Tooling, Configuration Management, and/or Workflow processes.
Applies aerospace manufacturing knowledge in developing a digital manufacturing system.
Requirements:
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Working knowledge of designing systems and architecture and their manufacturing applications.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and related integrations.
Experience in aerospace manufacturing systems, business processes, and/or methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for driving effective solutions in fast-paced implementation.
Experience with PLM (Teamcenter and/or 3DX) and ERP (OneAero, ERP4C, and/or S4/HANA) manufacturing applications.
Experience in Production Scheduling, Complex Assembly Bills of Material, Process Plan, Condition of Supply, Tooling, Configuration Management, and/or Workflow processes.
Cross-functional experience within the product digital thread.
Ability to partner with IT team for best solutions to support the business.
Strong interpersonal skills with operations technical concepts and non-technical stakeholders.
