PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist to support critical Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) initiatives. What You'll Do

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects from initiation through completion.
  
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics.
  
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
  
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on business priorities.
  

Supply Chain Planning & Reporting

• Create and maintain:
  
  
  
  • Line of Balance (LOB) reports
    
  • Clear To Build (CTB) reports
    
  • Supply chain planning tools
    
  • Operational dashboards
    
  
  
  
• Develop metrics and reporting systems that provide visibility into project and operational performance.
  

SAP Data Analysis & Decision Support

• Utilize SAP to:
  
  
  
  • Analyze supply chain data
    
  • Monitor project milestones
    
  • Identify risks and constraints
    
  • Support operational decision-making
    
  
  
  
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in:

• Strong SAP experience with proven ability to analyze and manage supply chain data.
  
• Experience creating and maintaining:
  
  
  
  • Line of Balance (LOB) reports
    
  • Clear To Build (CTB) reports
    
  
  
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  
  
  
  • Pivot Tables
    
  • VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
    
  • Data analysis and reporting
    
  
  
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience.
  
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
  
• Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and performance metrics.
  
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
  
• Strong executive-level reporting and presentation skills.
