Methods Process Analyst
PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a global leader in the aviation industry to hire a talented Methods Process Analyst for a high-profile Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX.

Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (6-Month Assignment)
Location: San Antonio, TX (100% Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift | 4x10 Schedule (Sun-Wed) or (Wed-Sat)
Pay Rate starting at : $36 to $46 per hour
As a Methods Process Analyst, you'll play a key role in improving operational performance across manufacturing and production environments. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you'll analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive efficiency, quality, and schedule performance throughout the Executive Fleet program.
Your work will directly influence production outcomes, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts in a fast-paced aerospace setting.
Develop and support operating plans and recovery plans to meet production goals and schedules.
Create and maintain models, databases, and spreadsheets used for analyzing production data, trends, operational impacts, and performance metrics.
Deliver meaningful analysis and reporting to management, leadership teams, and business stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and improve processes that reduce costs, improve product quality, and enhance schedule performance through Lean and Industrial Engineering methodologies.
Support and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence projects.
Analyze and design value streams, including:
Capacity and capability assessments
Throughput and workflow optimization
Supplier performance evaluation
Risk analysis
Logistics and transportation planning
Factory layout and production flow
Conduct historical data analysis and trend evaluations to support staffing, scheduling, and production planning decisions.
Collaborate with employees across departments to gather data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Observe and document manufacturing operations and aircraft production activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree required.
2+ years of experience in:
Project Planning
Scheduling
Project Management
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Familiarity with:
Manufacturing Operations
Manufacturing Planning
Engineering drawings and specifications
Lean manufacturing concepts
Experience with one or more of the following tools or programming languages:
Python
SAS
VBA
SQL
Minitab
Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX.
Aircraft or aerospace industry experience.
Experience using 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools such as IVT.
Familiarity with scheduling tools.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
2+ years of experience conducting and leading time studies and presenting findings to leadership.
Cost Account Management experience utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Ability to enter aircraft using stairs or ladders.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Regular and predictable attendance is required.
