Description:
Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Integrated Master Scheduler 2's for a contract opportunity in Newport News, VA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Previous scheduling experience including schedule analysis like critical path, controlling path, and float drivers.
o Understanding of scheduling principles.
o Use of scheduling software.
o Collaboration / teamwork.
o Hard Hat, Steel Toed Shoes, Safety Glasses.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

Job Duties:
o Development of task-level submarine construction schedules in collaboration with construction team
o Documentation of those schedules in Sciforma
o Maintenance of those schedules in Sciforma during execution, including what-if scenarios and schedule mitigation.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40, First Shift 7:00AM-3:30 PM.
