Employment Type: Full-Time Consultant (12-Month Assignment)
Pay Rate starting at : $25.34 per hour
As a Manufacturing Analyst, you'll provide critical administrative, analytical, and operational support to a fast-paced manufacturing organization. You'll collaborate with teams across production, planning, quality, engineering, materials management, and business operations to help drive efficiency, improve processes, and support business objectives.
Your ability to organize information, analyze data, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively will directly contribute to operational success and informed decision-making.
In this role, you will:
Support manufacturing, production, and business processes within a team-oriented environment.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, reviews, and key operational activities.
Create, organize, and maintain presentations, reports, and business documentation.
Gather, analyze, and present data for leadership review and decision-making.
Assist with production planning, material management, process improvement initiatives, and operational reporting.
Support cross-functional teams in resolving issues and improving processes.
Manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report business and operational data.
Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and support a high level of customer service.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and special project initiatives as business needs evolve.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Relevant administrative, scheduling, coordination, or manufacturing support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Sorting and filtering data
Pivot tables
VLOOKUPs
Basic formulas and reporting functions
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Basic experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Experience managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and calendar management.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in aerospace, aviation, or industrial environments.
Experience working with ERP or MRO systems such as SAP or MES.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
