Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2's for a remote contract opportunity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Bachelor's degree with 2 or more years of experience with recruiting, sourcing, recruiting support, HR or closely related experience; OR a Master's degree.
o Ability to occasionally travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business.
o Full Cycle Recruiting.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 2 to support our University Relations & Recruiting (UR&R) department. As a member of the UR&R team you'll get to assist in recruiting the intern and entry level talent to Mission Systems.

Responsibilities
Provides full-life cycle recruiting, to include screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection process. Accurately assesses candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesizes candidate and hiring manager feedback and routinely pre-closes candidates to ensure high acceptance rates. Acts as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborates with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives. Possesses the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes. Effectively leverages other functional areas as well as utilizes data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies. Understands and adheres to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes. Exhibits the actions and behaviors that demonstrate the Leadership Characteristics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience with UR&R recruiting.
o Excellent planning and organizational experience.
o Experience managing multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment.
o Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday and Eightfold.
o University Relations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time. 9/80 workweek. This position will be remote but prefer someone local to the DMV area.
