Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?

Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Receives and services tickets from the Autotime system.

Routes tickets to the responsible party for development fixes.

Deploys fixes such as re-running failed jobs.

Uses Autotime for ticket management and job scheduling.

Uses SQL for database queries and troubleshooting.

Uses Control-M for job scheduling and batch processing.

Performs after-hours support for business-critical tickets.

Verifies successful completion of scheduled jobs.

Troubleshoots and resolves production issues.

Maintains system stability and reliability through ticket resolution.

Requirements:

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

Experience with Autotime system for ticketing and job management.

Experience with SQL for database querying and data validation.

Experience with Control-M for job scheduling and batch processing.

Experience routing tickets to responsible parties for development fixes.

Experience deploying fixes such as re-running failed jobs.

Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Ability to verify successful completion of scheduled jobs.

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and after-hours.
