Grand Prairie, TX - Manufacturing Engineer

Description:
Looking for an experienced manufacturing engineer for the Grand Prairie site. This person will be responsible for reviewing various machining processes and working very closely with the shop floor machinists to identify waste, and streamline processing steps. This role requires a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between production operations, quality, NC programming, and other disciplines.


Additional Desired Skills
1 - Familiarity with Mazak NC machines
2 - Experience with Root Cause / Corrective action analysis
3- Experience using statistical process control in manufacturing

Basic Required Qualifications
1 - 5+ Years experience in Manufacturing Engineering Discipline
2 - Machined part manufacturing experience
3 - Experience running cost reduction/efficiency projects with tangible results
4 - Strong communication skills and comfortable working on production floor
