What You'll Do

Assembly & Production

• Perform complex production assembly operations on structural parts and mechanical components.
  
• Assemble subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories according to specifications.
  
• Utilize manual and automated assembly tools to complete manufacturing tasks.
  
• Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and production procedures.
  

Quality & Precision

• Verify assembled components meet quality and performance requirements.
  
• Inspect parts and assemblies for accuracy and workmanship.
  
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
  
• Support production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with production, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence.
  

Required Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Applicable mechanical education, training, or hands-on experience.
  
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with tools and equipment.
  
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience.
  
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, or automated assembly equipment.
  
• Exposure to aerospace, aviation, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments.
  
• Technical or vocational training in a mechanical field.
