**Avionics Integration Engineer – Master Level**

Description:
TeamGlobal is seeking a highly experienced **Master-Level Avionics Integration Engineer** for an exciting aerospace opportunity.

This is **not a typical avionics position**. We are looking for an individual with extensive, hands-on **aircraft avionics systems integration experience** who understands how complex aircraft systems interface, communicate, and function together.

### Key Qualifications

* Extensive **Avionics Integration / Systems Integration** experience.
* Strong understanding of how **aircraft avionics systems interface and communicate with one another**.
* Ability to evaluate an aircraft configuration and determine **what equipment, interfaces, wiring, drawings, and modifications are required to successfully complete the installation**.
* Strong background reviewing and developing **avionics drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and installation documentation**.
* Experience supporting complex **aircraft modifications and avionics installations**.
* Ability to identify integration challenges and develop practical engineering solutions.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
* Comfortable communicating directly with **customers regarding technical requirements, aircraft modifications, project scope, and integration solutions**.
* Experience supporting or communicating on **project quoting, scope development, and technical requirements**.
* Ability to work across engineering, installation, production, customers, and other technical teams.
* Must understand the complete integration process — not simply individual avionics components.
* Must be able to **think outside the box and determine HOW to get the aircraft modification completed successfully**.

### VERY IMPORTANT

Candidates should have strong, directly relevant **Avionics Integration** experience clearly demonstrated throughout their resume.

**The word “Integration” and the actual integration work performed should be clearly reflected in the candidate’s work history.**

We are looking for a true **Avionics Integration subject-matter expert**, not simply an avionics technician, installer, or traditional avionics engineer.
