Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze and report internal factory and external customer quality KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that create value for the business, customers, and suppliers.

  • Expand product knowledge and quality capabilities through designated training programs.

  • Support leadership-directed assignments and contribute to the deployment of broader quality strategies.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 4–6 years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing operations and quality methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D.

  • Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles, including Lean Kaizen and Six Sigma.

  • Experience using software applications to capture data, analyze trends, and develop clear, actionable reports.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Business-minded approach with an understanding of how operational decisions affect profitability, product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience performing internal process and product audits.

  • Lead Auditor certification is a plus.

  • Aerospace, advanced manufacturing, or highly regulated-industry experience.

  • Experience working directly with Quality Engineers, suppliers, customers, and cross-functional manufacturing teams.
