PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to support a leading aviation manufacturer in Wichita, KS. In this critical role, you'll help ensure aircraft components and products meet stringent quality and design standards before they move forward in the production process.

Your expertise will directly contribute to the integrity, performance, and safety of products used throughout the aviation industry.

What You'll Do

As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will play an essential role in supporting onsite Supplier Quality operations by:

• Verifying product conformance to engineering and design requirements
  
• Collecting and documenting objective evidence of inspection and audit results
  
• Performing quality audits, surveillance activities, and process monitoring
  
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking discrepancies through the non-conformance system
  
• Segregating and controlling non-conforming materials and products
  
• Reviewing rework dispositions to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  
• Assisting with product and process verification reviews alongside internal customers
  
• Supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives and supplier quality standards
  
• Promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
  

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Aviation or aircraft mechanic experience
  
  
  
  • Military experience is not required
    
  • Commercial, corporate, or general aviation maintenance experience is welcome
    
  
  
  
• Aircraft inspection experience
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  
• Ability to identify, document, and communicate discrepancies effectively
  
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  
• Ability to work any assigned shift as needed
  

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following qualifications are especially encouraged to apply:

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification
  
• Additional aviation maintenance, inspection, or quality assurance experience
  
• Experience working in a manufacturing or supplier quality environment
