PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Sr Production Scheduler to support manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules that align customer demand, material availability, and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Create and maintain production schedules based on:
  
  
  
  • Customer orders
    
  • Inventory levels
    
  • Production capacity
    
  
  
  
• Establish priorities and sequencing to support on-time delivery performance.
  
• Monitor schedule adherence and production progress.
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with:

  • Manufacturing

• Ensure materials and resources are available to support production schedules.
  
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to key stakeholders.
  

Problem Solving & Schedule Management

• Identify production bottlenecks, constraints, and scheduling conflicts.
  
• Implement schedule adjustments to meet customer requirements.
  
• Track factors affecting production and proactively develop solutions.
  
• Support recovery plans when disruptions occur.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze scheduling performance and operational data.
  
• Recommend improvements to scheduling processes and workflow efficiency.
  
• Help reduce downtime and improve production throughput.
  

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• 4–6 years of experience in:
  
  
  
  • Production Scheduling
    
  • Manufacturing Planning
    
  • Operations Planning
    
  • Related manufacturing environments
    
  
  
  
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Experience working with production schedules and inventory management.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience.
  
• Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience.
  
• Experience working with materials planning and supply chain teams.
  
• Knowledge of production control and inventory management practices.
