Chipton-Ross is seeking multiple SCA Electronic Technician 2's for a contract opportunity in Warner Robins, GA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Associate's degree in Electronics-related field or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in Electronics related position, with 5+ years of relevant electronics experience.
o Fabrication, Interpret Schematics, Solder Certification.
o Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Must be able to work on-site in Warner Robins, Georgia.
o Familiarity with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeter (DMM) or similar test equipment.
o Self-starter with ability to work with little to no supervision.
o Work well in a team environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for an Electronic Technician 2 to support our CMBRE ground based missile test set work cell. As a member of the CMBRE team you'll get to fabricate, test, and troubleshoot all assets related to the CMBRE system.

Responsibilities:
Under close supervision, performs routine technical functions related to the support of development engineering activities such as design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electronics and Electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models or specialized test equipment. Applications may include analog, digital and/or video type circuits and logic systems. Guidance is readily available from superiors. Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform routine testing, checkout, troubleshooting, prototype building, environmental testing, and simple developmental engineering tasks. Performs routine operational tests and fault isolation on development systems and equipment to ensure conformance with design specifications. Diagnoses and isolates malfunctions down to component level. Conducts defined engineering tests and collects data as assigned. Utilizes routine development or diagnostic equipment including oscilloscope, VOM, DVM, signal generators and similar test apparatus. Normally assigned in areas such as development, engineering, test equipment design, or the like. Excludes those assigned to production test activities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
o Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in a lab environment.
o Fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies.
o Fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting of Cable assemblies.
o Testing and tuning microwave assemblies.
o Experience testing and troubleshooting Electronic Warfare systems.
o Soldering experience and certification to IPC-J-STD.
o Micro soldering, Cable assembly certification, test and troubleshooting using Class B equipment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Associates Degree in Electronics-related field or Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) in Electronics related position is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
9/80 workweek. This position will serve on-site at Warner Robins, GA.

SCA Benefits:
HEALTH & WELFARE EO 13706: $5.09 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, or $203.60 per
week, or $882.27 per month*
*This rate is to be used only when compensating employees for performance on an SCA-
covered contract also covered by EO 13706, Establishing Paid Sick Leave for Federal
Contractors. A contractor may not receive credit toward its SCA obligations for any
paid sick leave provided pursuant to EO 13706.

VACATION: 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 year of service with a contractor or
successor; 3 weeks after 8 years, and 4 weeks after 20 years. Length of service includes the whole span of continuous service with the present contractor or
successor, wherever employed, and with the predecessor contractors in the performance of similar work at the same Federal facility. (Reg. 29 CFR 4.173)

HOLIDAYS: A minimum of eleven paid holidays per year: New Year's Day, Martin
Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth
National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans'
Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. (A contractor may substitute for any of
the named holidays another day off with pay in accordance with a plan communicated
