If you're an experienced LabVIEW developer who enjoys creating automated test systems, analyzing data, and solving complex technical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on mission-critical programs.

Position Details

• Location: Sunnyvale, CA
  
• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9/80 Schedule
  
• Duration: 12-Month Consultant Assignment
  
• Pay Rate: $132.02/hour
  

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test software using LabVIEW.
  
• Build data acquisition solutions for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
  
• Develop analytical tools, automated reporting, and performance metrics dashboards.
  
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement continuous improvements.
  
• Lead LabVIEW development efforts and mentor engineering teams.
  
• Create user guides, training materials, and programming standards.
  
• Collaborate on new and upgraded data acquisition system architectures.
  
• Support NI PXI platforms, PLC systems, and hardware/software integration.
  
• Program and support Allen-Bradley PLC ladder logic and communications protocols including EtherNet/IP and Modbus.
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing test software using LabVIEW.
  
• NI Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification.
  
• Experience with PLC ladder logic programming.
  
• Knowledge of EtherNet/IP and Modbus communication protocols.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of LabVIEW development experience.
  
• NI Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) certification.
  
• Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
  
• Background in automated testing, data acquisition systems, and test stand environments.
  
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring engineers.
